Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for key hires in the UK (focus on e-commerce, sales etc.)
Work closely with hiring managers and HQ to define roles, align profiles, and set hiring priorities
Build talent pipelines, run outreach campaigns, and deliver a great candidate experience
Strengthen Vilgain’s employer brand in the UK market—on LinkedIn, events, and beyond
Keep improving the process and cooperate with EMEA recruitment team in Prague, CZ
Qualification
Required
3–6 years experience in recruiting (agency or in-house)
You're based in London and know the UK talent market well
You've hired for both junior and senior roles
You're confident, proactive, resourceful. No hand-holding needed
Preferred
Experience hiring in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail
