They are seeking an Architectural Designer Intern to provide real-world work experience while supporting various project sectors and participating in workshops designed to enhance learning in the A/E field.

Consulting

Responsibilities

Support the discipline team leader as directed

Execute modeling and design documentation assignments as directed

Participate in the curation of awards and pursuit documentation as needed

Update detail standards libraries as directed

Assist teams with updates to Revit floor plans, elevations, schedules, and details

Attend site visits as required

Engage in HED | IDEAS workshops

Attend team and client meetings as needed, both in-person and virtually

Interface with other project team members on coordination assignments

Perform other duties as delegated by the supervisor

Required

Pursuit of a degree in architecture (BSAS, BArch, MArch)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English

Computer literacy required, Rhino and Revit experience considered a plus

Initiative-taking, enthusiastic, and flexible

Able to work in a hybrid environment

To be considered, a portfolio must be attached or link provided

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally via phone, video conferencing, and in-person

Visual acuity to perform responsibilities

Capable of traveling to and from project sites to attend client, project meetings, and site investigation and construction observation meetings
