Citizens is dedicated to developing future leaders in Wealth Management, and they are seeking interns for their Wealth Associate Internship Program. This 10-week immersive experience will provide students with hands-on exposure to key home office functions and foundational skills in Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance client and colleague experiences

Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance

Support product development and investment solutions for Financial Advisors and clients

Assist in project management for critical initiatives across Wealth functions

Prepare presentations and reports for wealth leadership

Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency

Engage in cross-functional partnerships to drive innovation and deliver integrated solutions

Expected graduation date: May 2027

Minimum GPA: 3.2

Demonstrated interest in Wealth Management and financial services

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
