Director Parts Operations

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is seeking a Director Parts Operations to manage the Parts Sales department and provide spare parts support services across the Americas. Responsibilities

Manages Parts Sales Department and its employees
Develops processes and procedures that assures Pilatus Class customer support services for the Service Centers and owner/operators of Pilatus aircraft
Documents, communicates, and escalates when required all spare parts related issues
Prepares annual expense budgets for Parts Sales department
Manages and enhances Pilatus Parts Portal
Monitors and regularly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), establishes new KPIs as needed
Owns the Parts Sales Forecast
Manages core return process
Reviews and provides suggested revisions to Pilatus Service Center Policies and Procedures
Maintains the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in aviation field
5-7 years of technical experience related to aviation parts
Professional manner and excellent communication skills essential
Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills required
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage, assign, and track multiple tasks in a fast-paced demanding environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor with the team and the customers
Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
Ability to travel (less than 25%)

Preferred

Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 knowledge preferred
Ability to learn and utilize aviation technical software; working knowledge of Quantum a plus
