Train & Fine-Tune AI Models: Bring retail expertise to model development, ensuring accurate understanding of industry terms, workflows, and customer behavior
Annotate & Validate Data: Label datasets on product categories, pricing, promotions, and inventory to keep AI grounded in real scenarios
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with AI engineers, analysts, and product leaders to align AI capabilities with retail business goals
Evaluate & Improve Models: Assess AI outputs for accuracy and reasoning, providing ongoing feedback for improvement
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with new retail and AI innovations to help evolve our solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience: 7–12 years in Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or E-Commerce
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related fields
Experience: 7–12 years in retail—merchandising, category management, supply chain, e-commerce, or store management
Strong analytical and communication abilities
Familiarity with systems like ERP, POS, CRM, or inventory tools
Preferred
Bonus: Experience in AI/ML, data annotation, or model evaluation
