The Quality Engineer will be responsible for driving measurable quality improvements across the production facility while leading continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and delivering cost savings.

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all ISO, quality, regulatory, and supplier quality standards
Develop, maintain, and update quality engineering procedures, audit schedules, and audit tracking systems
Lead structured problem solving and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring nonconformance issues
Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance indicators
Document quality events, investigations, and corrective actions within the quality management system
Recommend and support process improvements across manufacturing and quality operations
Collaborate with new product development teams to update drawings, blueprints, and schematics for compliance and manufacturability
Participate in quality audits, improvement projects, and special assignments
Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints to ensure timely and accurate closure
Partner with Quality and Engineering leadership to help define and execute the department’s strategic initiatives
Promote and ensure adherence to company quality, health, and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
Minimum 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of direct experience managing and supporting ISO 13485 quality systems (non negotiable)
Proficiency with GD&T and hands on experience using measurement tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, designs, and schematics
Preferred
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
