Your job is to be a relationship builder, a community organizer, and a guided consultant
Your daily work involves engaging with business owners in the Boulder-Denver area, using our proven conversation frameworks to understand their operations and identify where AI can help
You succeed by being curious, coachable, and consistently present in the community
We will train you to be a business journalist, an interviewer, and a process consultant all in one
You find the stories, identify the pain, and introduce the solution-which our team then delivers
Morning: You start your day with the "Core Loop": having 5+ conversations about AI with local business owners, guided by your mentor
You then post your insights on LinkedIn, building your personal brand with our provided content templates
Afternoon: You attend a local networking event, like a chamber of commerce meeting or a tech meetup, with a senior consultant
You learn our "Event-to-Gamma" strategy for turning casual conversations into qualified leads
Evening: You assist in hosting the casual Weekly AI Meetup, gaining hands-on experience in community building and lead generation
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communicator
Mastered the art of service, relationship-building, or sales in a fast-paced environment like retail, hospitality, or teaching
Motivated individuals ready to make a successful career pivot into the booming world of Artificial Intelligence
Ability to connect with people
Curious, coachable, and consistently present in the community
Background in customer-facing roles - sales, service, teaching, or management
Ability to connect and articulate challenges
