Mid, Senior LevelGRAITEC Group Company is a global software editor leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions, helping its customers in the architectural, engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors. The Solution Architect plays a critical role in supporting Graitec’s growth by partnering closely with the sales organization to demonstrate and architect solutions for clients in the AEC industry.
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to conduct technical discovery, understand customer objectives, and identify opportunities for Graitec solutions and services
Deliver tailored software demonstrations that align solution capabilities with customer workflows and business outcomes
Present solution strategies, architecture recommendations, and value-based messaging to executive and technical stakeholders
Develop detailed scopes of work for product implementations, configurations, and customizations
Advise clients on software selection, deployment approaches, and workflow optimization across architectural and construction disciplines
Support customer meetings, webinars, industry events, and conferences as subject-matter expert
Represent Graitec as a recognized expert in the AEC technology landscape
Champion innovative digital practices, including automation, AI-enhanced workflows, and emerging industry trends
Contribute to marketing initiatives such as webinars, conference presentations, and content creation that position Graitec as an industry leader
Coordinate closely with Professional Services to ensure seamless handoff of requirements and project scope
Provide structured product feedback to R&D based on customer interactions and workflow insights
Engage in ongoing professional development to broaden expertise across Graitec and Autodesk technologies and explore new platforms and methodologies
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience with architectural or construction software such as Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Design, Coordinate), or similar tools
Strong understanding of BIM principles, coordination workflows, and industry standards
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with sales teams or participating in presales activities is highly advantageous
Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished delivery style
Strong dependability, follow-through, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into meaningful business value
Confident presentation and facilitation skills in both customer and public environments
Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and industry partners
Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage presales priorities and identify risks early
Collaborative, resourceful, and methodical problem-solving approach
Preferred
BIM Level 2 certification or prior experience as a BIM Manager
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience with Graitec products or similar AEC workflow-enhancing technologies
Background supporting digital transformation initiatives or advanced technology adoption within AEC organizations
