Responsibilities
Design user-centered solutions for web and/or mobile applications using Figma
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides in Figma
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
Translate business requirements and user insights into design concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business)
Iterate designs based on feedback, usability findings, and data
Ensure designs align with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best UX practices
Support developers with design handoff, specifications, and assets
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of experience
Primary Skill: UX Designer, Figma, UX research tools, FigJam, Miro
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Design user-centered solutions for web and/or mobile applications using Figma
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides in Figma
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
Translate business requirements and user insights into design concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business)
Iterate designs based on feedback, usability findings, and data
