Kencove Farm Fence is a company focused on sales and growth within the Titan Post Drivers product line. The Sales Manager will develop business plans, recruit customers, and promote the brand while maintaining fiscal responsibility and achieving market share growth.

Responsibilities

Develop a territory business plan to target key clients in the Region which includes Forecasting on a short, mid, and longterm basis

Focus on recruiting new customers and dealers while maintaining and growing existing accounts

Promote the brand image and marketing programs

Utilize digital tools and resources to drive sales

Maintain fiscal responsibility by operating within assigned budget

Submit all reports and complete all tasks in a timely manner

Attend and participate in Regional Sales Meetings and other Company functions

Maintain appearance of Company vehicle and equipment

Other duties as assigned Accountable for creation and delivery of annual sales plan

Responsible for achieving market share growth

Use a proactive sales approach to obtain further growth

Strategically engage and build strong relationships with end users

Deliver enduser sales presentations when required

Administer and facilitate dealer sales representative recruitment process

Attend trade shows and other marketing / networking opportunities as identified

Manage and facilitate bid/quote response process with all accounts
