Responsibilities
Generate, issue, and process customer invoices and vendor bills
Perform customer and vendor account reconciliations
Process drop-ship acknowledgements, tracking, invoicing, and related payments
Process credit card payments, vendor payments and prepare bank deposits
Prepare monthly financial reports, and assist with month-end closing
Review and monitor Accounts Receivable aging and Accounts Payable balances
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, general bookkeeping procedures and accounting principals
Knowledge of office administration and procedures
Strong math and problem-solving skills and proficient in relevant computer software
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (P.E.R.C.) in Illinois
