Responsibilities
Execute quick POC
Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation
Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions
Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders
Onsite-offshore co-ordination
Qualification
Required
Sales, service certifications required
Marketing cloud exposure required
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
Working knowledge in data migration and integration
Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
Strategy and roadmap building for salesforce features, functionalities and future releases
Deep product knowledge on sales and service cloud and not only customization
