Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Own the ServiceNow platform strategy across enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements
Architecture Oversight: Lead solution design and enhancement activities, maintaining technical integrity and governance across all ServiceNow initiatives
Transformation Advisor: Act as SME and thought leader for ServiceNow transformations, guiding clients through digital maturity and platform optimization
Operational Excellence: Drive cost transparency and value tracking for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations
Platform Stewardship: Stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies, ensuring scalable and secure implementations
Client Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and develop strategic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with integrations (Active Directory, Workday, Jira)
Familiarity with healthcare payer systems and compliance frameworks (e.g., ITAR, NERC CIP)
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
