Responsibilities

Execute a pre-defined product roadmap by owning product milestones and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
Understand and synthesize customer and business needs through market analysis, customer research, hands-on experience, and business data
Partner with business teams, UX, engineering, and analytics to define, build, and launch product and platform features
Write discovery briefs and detailed product requirements
Contribute to the development and documentation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Collaborate with product analysts to design, launch, and interpret A/B tests
Manage communication and set clear expectations with internal stakeholders
Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Foundational knowledge of product management principles, including roadmaps, requirements, and product lifecycles
Ability to execute against a pre-defined roadmap and own product milestones
Deep passion for understanding customer needs and behaviors
Ability to translate insights into customer-centric e-commerce experiences
Ability to use data, analytics, KPIs, and A/B testing to inform product decisions
Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams
Strong execution skills with the ability to manage priorities, milestones, and dependencies in an agile environment
Naturally curious and solutions-oriented with a structured approach to root-cause analysis
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and align teams around shared objectives
Eagerness to learn industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
