Responsibilities
Configuring, implementing, and maintaining the SAP S4HANA EWM module
Identifying gaps in business processes against SAP best practices
Facilitate implementation and support of SAP S/4 Hana and S/4 Hana Warehouse Management Innovation including seamless integration between warehouse management & production, visibility & control of stocks, Fiori Apps and Warehouse KPIs Operations
Creating test data, running tests, and creating and executing test scripts
Monitoring system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending enhancements
Defining and modeling business processes
Verifying the feasibility of the developed model
Build global EWM template and propose process improvement plans
Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements
Act as a liaison between the client business functions and the technical team
Mentor and guide junior team members
Strong client handling and communication
Lead business requirement, functional and non-functional requirement gathering for SAP EWM functional area
Qualification
Required
Implementation: Configuring, implementing, and maintaining the SAP S4HANA EWM module
Business process analysis: Identifying gaps in business processes against SAP best practices
Facilitate implementation and support of SAP S/4 Hana and S/4 Hana Warehouse Management Innovation including seamless integration between warehouse management & production, visibility & control of stocks, Fiori Apps and Warehouse KPIs Operations
Testing: Creating test data, running tests, and creating and executing test scripts
Continuous improvement: Monitoring system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending enhancements
Business process modeling: Defining and modeling business processes
Feasibility verification: Verifying the feasibility of the developed model
An SAP EWM specialist needs to have in-depth knowledge of warehouse logistics, SAP EWM functionalities, and integration with other SAP modules
Bring in strong business process knowledge on EWM processes and integration with cross modules like Production Planning, Material Management, Quality Management and SCM
Build global EWM template and propose process improvement plans
Bring in expert knowledge of warehouse management including basic warehouse management and advanced warehouse management processes
Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and supply chain management
Conversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows
Should have good experience in Configuration of S/4 EWM module and strong Integration knowledge with other SAP Areas like PP, MM, SD and FI
Build global S/4 HANA EWM template and propose process improvement plans

Minimum 2 S/4 HANA implementation / 4 support project experience
Ability to provide solutions to Business Users based on the issue
Knowledge on interfaces, cross module knowledge
Greenfield implementation Project (End-to-End Implementation) are preferable
Completed university degree
Lead business requirement, functional and non-functional requirement gathering for SAP EWM functional area
