Identify, engage, and secure new vacation rental properties through phone outreach, email, social media, referrals, and in-person meetings
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Negotiate and close high-value contracts to expand the company’s footprint in the region
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives
Utilize CRM tools and market data to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize performance
