Create accurate and timely invoices
Match, batch, and reconcile transactions via ERP
Investigate discrepancies and interact with clients as needed
Document financial activity, adjustments, and credits
Assist with month-end close and support financial audits
Minimal collections; this is primarily a billing and reconciliation role
Qualification
Required
Strong Accounts Receivable and billing experience
Proficiency with Excel and HubSpot
Preferred
ERP system knowledge (Zero ERP preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
