Responsibilities

You are the primary point of contact. You don't just "do" the return; you explain the "why" to the client. You de-escalate stress and build trust

Prepare/Review individual and business returns (1040, 1120S) and manage monthly bookkeeping/cleanups

You take complex IRS notices or confusing P&L statements and translate them into plain English (or Spanish/Creole) so our clients feel secure

You use tech to speed up the math so you have more time for the client

Qualification

Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA preferred (Must have IRS Representation rights)

High EQ: You are patient, kind, and professional. You can deliver bad news (like a tax bill) gently but firmly

Digitally Fluent: You embrace technology to work smarter, not harder

The Face of the Dept (Priority #1): You are the primary point of contact. You don't just 'do' the return; you explain the 'why' to the client. You de-escalate stress and build trust

The Execution: Prepare/Review individual and business returns (1040, 1120S) and manage monthly bookkeeping/cleanups
