Sales Development Representative
GrowthPair is building the #1 staffing company for offshore marketing talent, helping U.S. companies hire top global marketers. The Sales Development Representative will own the full sales cycle, prospecting CMOs, running discovery calls, and attending conferences to build pipeline.

Responsibilities
Prospect and identify CMOs/ Heads of Marketing at companies doing $1M+ in revenue
Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to book discovery calls
Run discovery calls using our proven 30-minute framework
Attend conferences and events to generate pipeline and build relationships
Partner with marketing on campaign execution and feedback loops
Build and maintain our prospect database and CRM hygiene
Iterate on messaging and outreach strategies based on what's working
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of SDR/BDR experience with exposure to closing deals
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and clear direction
Willing to attend conferences and network in person
Background or interest in marketing/ growth
