Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Pega applications
Own solution design, technical standards, and overall delivery quality
Perform design and component reviews to ensure best practices and performance
Guide and mentor development teams (5+ members)
Drive performance analysis, tuning, and optimization
Align Pega solutions with enterprise architecture and IT strategy
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and integrations
Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders
Support project planning, estimation, and resource allocation
Ensure adherence to Pega implementation methodology and SDLC standards
Qualification
Required
8 to 10 years of hands-on Pega development and architecture experience
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – mandatory
Strong expertise in Pega BPM, case management, and decisioning
Experience in Pega version 8.8 and exposure to Pega Infinity 24.x
Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation architecture
Experience leading technical teams and delivery ownership
Solid understanding of performance, scalability, and security
Proven experience integrating Pega using SOAP, REST, HTTP, and file-based connectors
Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience on Pega Blueprint and Gen AI capabilities
Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, J2EE, Java, .NET
Database experience (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
Exposure to legacy modernization and complex enterprise integrations
Experience working within a Pega Center of Excellence
Strong documentation and software consulting experience
