Call Quest Solution is seeking an experienced Wastewater Operator to support the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a Class II wastewater treatment facility. This role is critical for maintaining environmental compliance and overseeing system operations while ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety requirements.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the environmental compliance program for the wastewater treatment system
Oversee required monitoring, sampling, and regulatory reporting in accordance with:
Federal regulations
State regulations
Local regulations
Operate and maintain the wastewater treatment system
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and respond to system repairs
Perform process control laboratory testing and compliance recordkeeping
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including:
PPE requirements
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Process Safety Management (PSM)
Identify, prevent, and report unsafe acts or conditions
Support continuous improvement in plant operations and compliance

Qualification

Level III Wastewater LicenseDirect Responsible Charge (DRC)Class II wastewater facility experienceMechanical aptitudeEnvironmental complianceProcess control laboratory testing

Required

Holds a Level A or Master Wastewater License
Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Responsible Charge (DRC)
Minimum 4 years of operating experience in a Class II wastewater facility
Strong mechanical aptitude, including the ability to rebuild pumps and equipment
Wastewater Operator License
Level III Wastewater (WW) License
Minimum 2 years acting in Direct Responsible Charge
Associate's degree in Science or Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent credit hours with board approval
4+ years of acceptable operating experience in Class II wastewater facilities
2+ years of experience in a Direct Responsible Charge role
Level III Wastewater License (required)

Preferred

Open to working 2nd or 3rd shift
