New Grad, Entry LevelSinclair Tractor is a leading provider of agricultural equipment and NAPA parts in Southeast Iowa. They are seeking an Outside Sales representative to build customer relationships, perform follow-ups, and promote aftermarket sales while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide Exceptional Customer Service to internal and external customers
Perform follow-up calls at customer locations
Educate customers on parts, supplies and service promotions
Follows through on priorities
Addresses customer concerns and resolves problems effectively and satisfactorily
Profiles customer's machines, vehicles, and demographic information
Provides limited technical support where applicable, including TAMS, Pro-Link, Sinclair Supply
Maintains condition of assigned vehicle
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Good customer relations skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
Ability to work extended hours and weekends
Great customer service and high level of attention to detail, especially under pressure
Dependability and consistency is a must
Polished, Professional, and Friendly demeanor
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must have a valid driver's license
MVR in good standing
Must be able to lift at least 75-pounds
Travel as needed
