Beacon Hill is currently staffing multiple accounting consultant roles across the South Jersey area. The role involves managing full-cycle Accounts Payable and providing general accounting support as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runs

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Process expense reports, credit card activity, and employee reimbursements

Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Maintain accurate AP aging and ensure compliance with internal controls

Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice and payment issues

Provide general accounting support as needed (GL support, documentation, AR exposure a plus)

Qualification

Accounts PayableERP/accounting systemsExcel proficiencyAttention to detailOrganization

Required

3+ years of experience in a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable or AP-focused accounting roles

Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Sage Intacct, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks)

Proficient in Excel; strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to work 3-4 days per week
