Responsibilities
Continually monitor and troubleshoot all processes related to the paint process
Get feedback from internal & external customers and participate in 5 Why, 8-D, and related problem-solving activities
Support departmental and KOI goals to accomplish business plan objectives
Support paint tooling program development and launch activities
Provide technical support to track data for paint efficiency metrics
Coordinate with paint management and other paint line personnel in the completion of process related projects and improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
2+ years experience working paint facility
