Responsibilities
Run the daily operations of a high-volume surgical practice—clinic flow, consults, pre-ops, post-ops
Own the surgical pipeline: inquiries → consults → quotes → scheduling → patient readiness
Partner with our surgeons on strategy, growth, marketing, and new initiatives
Lead, develop, and inspire Patient Care Coordinators, clinical staff, and administrative teams
Improve key KPIs: consult conversions, case mix, revenue per consult, month-over-month surgical volume
Ensure top-tier patient experience and white-glove service for luxury aesthetic clients
Maintain compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, state medical board) and high clinical standards
Qualification
Required

You're a strong communicator who works well with surgeons and patients

You're data-driven, proactive, and thrive in a competitive, fast-moving environment
Preferred
5–10+ years in healthcare operations
Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or a procedural specialty
Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is a plus
