Marketing Manager (Contract)
McCormick & Company is seeking a Marketing Manager to support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking of digital media campaigns in North America. This role will involve working cross-functionally with internal partners and external agencies to deliver effective marketing plans.
Responsibilities
Support the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel, full-funnel media campaigns across North America
Partner with media agencies to monitor in-market campaign performance trends and implement optimizations
Develop campaign performance reports, synthesizing data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Lead test-and-learn initiatives to improve campaign performance and business results
Support creative partners to develop content aligned to media placements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Analytics or a related role, preferably within the consumer packaged goods industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide optimization recommendations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies
Strong strategic thinking and project leadership with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Funnel.io, Trade Desk
CPG or Agency experience
