CraigCecilio.com is seeking a Director of Investor Operations, Programs & Process to lead fundraising execution and operational support. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring campaign readiness, CRM integrity, and enabling BDR performance to drive successful capital-raising initiatives.

Responsibilities

Act as the execution lead between marketing, BDRs, and fundraising
Prepare each campaign inside the CRM:
Segmentation
Product mapping
Sales readiness
Ensure campaigns are:
Staffed correctly
Timed correctly
Followed up properly
Track campaign readiness and execution gaps
Assist in testing messaging, sequences, and workflows
You own CRM cleanliness, segmentation, and usability
Segment each database by:
Net-worth tiers
Investor status
Product eligibility
Rank contacts by capital capacity and product fit
Match contacts to:
Current offerings
Future offerings
Prep CRM infrastructure for new products and funds
Coordinate CRM needs with:
Marketing
Fundraising
Community Management
Support BDR onboarding and training:
CEO-approved scripts
Product quiz sheets
Track:
Hours
Attendance
Training completion
Handle light HR and administrative needs
Ensure BDRs are:
Product-competent
CRM-competent
Campaign-ready
Post and manage job ads
Control hiring budgets
Set up:
Group interviews
1:1 interviews
Coordinate offers
Execute initial onboarding
Track bonuses and incentive structures
You are the operational backbone behind group selling
Attend sessions
Track attendance
Manage follow-ups (FUPs)
Ensure paperwork completion
Confirm attendance
Handle follow-ups
Manage paperwork
Push prospects across the finish line
Coordinate with CEO on:
Training cadence
Topics
Organize:
Video training
Documentation
Product materials
Ensure training programs are:
Set up
Updated
Used by the team
Create:
Policies
Procedures
SOPs
Build operational processes
Integrate:
CRM workflows
Marketing systems
Fundraising systems
Assist in technology and AI integration
Assist with:
IRA transactions
Offline investments
Coordinate documentation and processing
Ensure smooth handoffs between teams

Support Real Estate & Wholesaling CRM needs:
