Responsibilities

Act as the technical authority for strategic data center customers, supporting system architecture, power stage design, and thermal optimization using HV GaN technologies

Drive customer design wins by providing application guidance, reference designs, simulations, and hands-on debug support across AC-DC, DC-DC, and intermediate bus architectures

Partner with customer power, hardware, and system teams to optimize efficiency, power density, reliability, and total cost of ownership

Translate customer and market requirements into actionable feedback for silicon, product, and systems engineering teams

Lead complex technical engagements including design reviews, waveform analysis, EMI/EMC mitigation, fault analysis, and field issue resolution

Support go-to-market activities through technical presentations, evaluations, and executive-level customer discussions

Mentor application engineers and help define best practices for GaN-based power system deployment

Required

Deep experience in power electronics, field applications, or systems engineering with exposure to HV GaN or advanced wide-bandgap technologies

Hands-on expertise with high-frequency switching, magnetics, thermal design, and EMI/EMC compliance

Proven ability to influence customer architectures and guide complex technical trade-offs

Comfortable engaging at both detailed technical and executive levels

Willingness to travel to support key customer engagements
