Partner with some of the most exciting US start-ups to find and engage top-tier talent
Run searches end-to-end — from sourcing and outreach to screening and managing the candidate experience
Use AI tools to speed things up, spot opportunities, and make your workflow smarter
Collaborate with our small, mighty, and slightly coffee-obsessed team to deliver outstanding results
Qualification
Required
Super driven & smart graduates with amazing aptitude for learning
Comfortable experimenting with AI tools (and not afraid to break things while figuring them out)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly — both with candidates and hiring managers
Self-driven, organised, and able to thrive without someone hovering over your shoulder
Preferred
Bonus for recruiting experience
Double bonus points for experience hiring in design or product roles
