This hybrid role involves managing cash flow, credit utilization, and inventory tracking while collaborating with various teams to support structured trade finance transactions.

Responsibilities

Perform daily reconciliations of cash receipts, accounts receivable, and financing charge calculations
Monitor inventory tracking, financial booking, and work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure operational accuracy
Oversee credit utilization, collateral reporting, and structured trade finance transactions with banking partners
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring seamless coordination between site teams and headquarters
Prepare reconciliation reports and ensure alignment with financial and regulatory requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Financial Management required
4-6 years of experience in commodities operations and/or trade finance, with a strong understanding of physical trade finance, collateral calculations, and credit facilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in structured trade finance transactions and physical operations is highly preferred
Experience with inventory management and accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)
