Qualification
Required
Medical and technical skills, including proficiency in specimen collection (blood draws, urine samples) and recording vital signs
Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records, completing paperwork, and following compliance standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively with applicants and representing the company professionally
Organizational and time-management skills to manage on-site appointments and travel schedules efficiently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to applicant locations
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Medical or healthcare certifications are an advantage
Previous experience in healthcare services, phlebotomy, or a related field
