Proctoring exams
Typing
Filing
Answering phones
Customer service
Scheduling appointments
Completing reports
Data collection
Data management
Data analysis
Use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office suite
Greeting visitors
Data entry
Creating reports
Scanning documents
Answering questions
Assisting the reception area
Providing customer service to students, faculty and staff
Working on special projects as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required

UCO student with a bachelor's degree and Graduate Student status
Computer literacy is required, including Microsoft Office suite
Ability to troubleshoot problems
A demonstrated willingness to learn about and sensitively work with people from various backgrounds and experiences
Have sensitivity of intercultural communication and good interpersonal skills
Organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality, punctuality, and dependability at the job
Excellent organization, problem solving abilities, and written and verbal communication skills

Dedication to accuracy and excellence
Willingness to learn new skills

Preferred

Preference will be given to students enrolled through the University of Central Oklahoma's Graduate College in pursuit of a master's degree
