Responsibilities
Effectively assist our members with all of their financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service
Handle basic cash transactions including withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and more
Recommend and sell products and services to members and direct them to various departments for specific information and/or services that cater to their individual needs/goals
Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone
Qualification
Required
Prior customer service experience
Experience handling money
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 month of related experience needed
