Security Engineer
Insight Global is seeking a Mid-Level Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer for an industrial client. The role involves supporting and maintaining the existing CyberArk environment while leading the migration to Delinea, ensuring secure configuration and proper onboarding of service accounts.
Responsibilities
Maintain the current PAM environment, ensuring security, compliance, and timely patching
Support the migration from CyberArk to Delinea, including architecture, rollout, and stability
Support application onboarding, access workflows, and secure integration patterns
Gather business and technical requirements from internal and external partners
Standardize and consolidate secret management (Azure secrets + internal secrets → single IAM function)
Support day‑to‑day PAM operations, troubleshooting, and “fishing expedition” discovery work
Ensure secure access for external partners and maintain proper governance
Work closely with server teams and cross‑functional engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Hands‑on PAM engineering expertise
Experience supporting the migration of PAM platforms
Strong experience onboarding and integrating service accounts at scale
Ability to maintain and secure a PAM environment, including patching and configuration hardening
Strong communication skills
Background with Linux/Unix operating systems
Preferred
Experience supporting high‑volume PAM environments (hundreds → thousands of accounts)
Prior experience migrating CyberArk environments post‑acquisition or cost‑saving initiatives
