Responsibilities
Answer and triage incoming calls, leads, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Gather intake information, identify urgency, and route matters appropriately
Schedule and confirm consultations, send follow-up communications
Manage intake workflows, including conflict checks, documentation, and onboarding steps
Maintain accurate data in our legal practice management system
Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and operational tasks
Qualification
Required
Prior law firm experience preferred (family law experience a plus)
Prior intake and consultation scheduling experience strongly preferred
Prior experience with practice management software strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Professional handling of confidential and emotionally sensitive information
