LHH is seeking an experienced and bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions for their Orlando-based operations. This role involves developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership and employees.

Responsibilities

Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management

Manage benefits administration, compensation programs, and HRIS systems

Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and retention strategies

Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and other employment regulations

Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture

Conduct investigations and handle sensitive employee issues with professionalism and confidentiality
