Responsibilities
Supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s
Coordinating and providing services in ABA
Conducting functional analyses and assessments
Implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
Developing adaptive life skills programs
Conducting assessments of clients and developing and following treatment plans
Assessing home and school environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed
Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care
Evaluating results and progress of ABA therapy on clients
Maintaining professional knowledge and technical progress
Qualification
Required
Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis
Certified by the National Board for Certification
Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements
Possess up to date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs
Fun and energetic, with a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents
Patience and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well with others and independently
Flexibility and fluid with managing a caseload
Conducting assessments of clients and developing and following treatment plans
Assessing home and school environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed
Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care
Evaluating results and progress of ABA therapy on clients
Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients and families with the best treatment program available
