Required
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support practices, ensuring a high standard of service delivery

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a dependable resource for clients
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools or software
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in the insurance or consulting industry is advantageous but not mandatory
Preferred
EPIC experience is a bonus
A college degree is a plus
