InternWCRE is the premier Commercial Property Management Specialists in the South Jersey and Philadelphia region, and they are seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to support their Property Management team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting functions in a professional real estate environment.

Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry
Assist with paying bills for multiple properties
Maintain organized records of invoices and payments
Communicate with vendors as needed regarding invoices and payments
Collect, record, and deposit rent payments
Assist with tracking tenant balances and outstanding receivables
Prepare and update tenant ledgers
Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliations
Organize accounting files and documentation
Provide general administrative and accounting support
Assist with special projects and other miscellaneous accounting tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Completion of your sophomore year
Graduate students are welcome
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic office software
Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
Strong communication and time-management skills
Preferred
Interest in real estate and property management a plus
