Responsibilities
Lead technical accounting assessments for complex and non‑standard transactions
Research and interpret U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Prepare technical memos and maintain accounting policies
Support month‑end and quarter‑end close (journal entries, consolidations, reconciliations)
Assist with translating foreign accounting into U.S. GAAP
Partner with internal teams and support audits with accurate documentation
Qualification
Required
10+ years in accounting or 5+ years in public accounting/audit
Strong U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge
Excellent communicator with strong project management skills
Bachelor's in Accounting required
CPA required
Preferred
Master's preferred
