Responsibilities

Deliver day-to-day HR operational support across workforce management, staffing, and policy compliance

Assist with recruiting, hiring coordination, and onboarding activities to ensure staffing aligns with mission priorities

Maintain and update HR systems and records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and data integrity

Compile and support workforce metrics and reports to aid leadership decision-making

Coordinate HR-related activities across project teams, leadership, and partner organizations

Prepare documentation to support policy alignment, audits, and compliance requirements

Support learning and professional development initiatives by maintaining training resources and coordination materials

Track HR task progress, schedules, and deliverables, providing status updates as needed

Adapt to changing workforce requirements and provide ad hoc support to sustain efficient operations
