Responsibilities
Partner with business users and stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and operational processes
Elicit, analyze, and clearly document business and system requirements
Convert business needs into detailed specifications that support design and development efforts
Assist in the planning and delivery of information systems supporting areas such as finance, inventory, HR, customer support, and operational reporting
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend practical improvements
Develop documentation including workflows, process diagrams, and use cases
Lead or support requirements workshops, interviews, and working sessions
Contribute to testing efforts, including test scenarios, validation, and user acceptance activities
Coordinate with development and project teams to ensure solutions align with documented requirements
Support system rollouts through documentation, training materials, and change adoption activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Associate degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience
High school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no sponsorship available)
1–3 years of experience in a business analysis or comparable role
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
Familiarity with data flow and process documentation techniques
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to diverse audiences
Preferred
Experience working in Agile or blended Agile/Waterfall environments
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools
Familiarity with work management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Exposure to system integrations, reporting platforms, or foundational data concepts
