Responsibilities

Manage all client scheduling, including quarterly and monthly reviews, using a dedicated client texting line and a four-pronged outreach approach (text, phone call, email, and snail mail)
Place outbound calls with confidence, including to people not previously known to the practice
Support onboarding of new clients, including password resets, account linking, website navigation/walk-throughs, data gathering assistance, and secure cloud storage documentation
Handle money movements for Ultra High Net Worth Clients (which includes but is not limited to formal, concise, verbal readbacks), transfer paperwork preparation, strong communication skills (verbal, text, email, and in person conversation skills), meeting preparation assistance, and many other
Deliver “white glove” client service at every touchpoint
Assist with administrative tasks such as calendar management, phone coverage, and data entry across multiple platforms

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
Must complete fingerprinting as required by FINRA regulations due to the highly regulated nature of the financial services industry

$2,500 signing bonus, paid after 30 days of employment
