They are seeking a motivated Staff Assistant to join their Print & Ship team, responsible for assisting with the printing, packaging, and shipping of documents while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.

Responsibilities

Printing, organizing, and preparing documents for shipping

Prepare, package, and label items for delivery to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and materials for printing and shipping tasks

Operate printing and shipping equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners and packing tools

Manage daily inventory and ensure timely mailing of all items

Maintain clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity

Notating accounts with tracking information

Orders mailing supplies via USPS website

Handles incoming mail, scans and files

Ensures HIPPA compliance as it relates to printing, documenting, storing and shredding of sensitive documents

Awareness of and adherence to Aspirion policy and procedures

Adheres to HIPAA compliance rules and regulations

Reports any violations relating to company policy protocol

Perform other duties as assigned to support the department

High School Education or equivalent required
