Responsibilities
Collaborate on architectural design projects including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development
Resolve complex technical and design challenges throughout project phases
Assist with managing client expectations, internal team communication, and consultant coordination
Coordinate project teams to deliver complete construction documents, including plans, specifications, and material selections
Participate in construction administration, including review of submittals and finish samples
Contribute to office initiatives, professional development, and internal learning programs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of practical experience working in an architectural office
Strong Revit proficiency required
Experience with industrial and/or commercial design projects
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp experience is a plus
Ability to develop a full construction set from design sketches is a plus
