Qualification
Required
Expertise is required in the specific area of antigen-specific CD4+ T cell analysis using peptide-MHC multimers, protein biochemistry, and spectral flow cytometry
Five years of postdoctoral experience in human immunology is required at the start of this position
Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree
Previous computational and wet-lab experience is required
The successful applicant will be self-motivated and have a strong background in standard molecular and biological techniques, cell culture, immunological assays, and recombinant protein production
