Responsibilities

Build retail supply chain and work on separation from Client, BARD etc from regulation POV

Digital User experience has to be seamless and connected for retail/reimbursement

Fulfillment of backend automation/agents at contact centers

Consultant who has done work with multiple tools (Genesys, Ayava)

Worked from source to target systems experience

Past engineering background /hands on and then transitioned into vendor/PM sort of roles

Migration experience will be key

CTO will hire for this role

PM skill sets with domain knowledge of putting together operating models. (this role will be in BDs COE team)
