Responsibilities
Support assigned client accounts within a team-based sales structure
Communicate directly with clients to understand objectives, timelines, and requirements
Manage multiple promotional product projects simultaneously
Coordinate sourcing, order execution, timelines, and deliverables
Partner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain clear documentation and consistent communication throughout each project
Deliver work accurately in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the promotional products industry (supplier or distributor)
Proven experience managing projects and client-facing communication
Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with industry tools such as ESP, SAGE, and Company Stores
