Required

Proven Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and teams
Experience in leadership and team management, with the ability to drive collaboration across departments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Experience working in the luxury or jewelry industries is a plus
