Responsibilities

Settle cases for maximum benefit to our clients
Win trials
Regularly communication with clients and ensure exceptional client satisfaction
Turnaround high volumes of cases efficiently; efficiency is essential
Set expectations. Never overpromise but always overdeliver
Building the value of the cases
Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Work with experts; generating, tending relationships with experts so that we can prove our case
Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
Court Appearances/ Court Hearings / Oral Arguments

Qualification

Licensed with Mississippi BarLegal research skillsOral communication skillsClient service skillsWriting skillsEmpathyCrisis de-escalationResponsivenessOrganizational skillsAdaptability

Required

Licensed and in good standing with the Mississippi Bar
Flexible, able to adapt to rapid change
Organized and disciplined, able to keep up with the operational side of the organization
Excellent client service skills
Kind / empathetic, able to work with difficult clients
Positive, able to maintain a positive environment and culture
Crises de-escalation, calm under fire
Responsive, requires a lot of phone time
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage high volume of cases
Superior writing and oral communication skills
